Alan Goldin Estates in north London is celebrating its 30^th anniversary.

To mark this milestone the well-established estate agency in Temple Fortune held an open day for its customers and associates to thank them for their continued support and showcase their latest properties.

The firm, which covers sales and lettings, was established in 1992. The brand was acquired last year by property management and maintenance firm Home Minders last year.

Paul Ruocco, managing director of Alan Goldin Estates, which achieved Safeagent status earlier this year, said: “We’re very proud to have been at the heart of the local property scene for the last three decades and we look forward to further strengthening our capability to deliver first class residential property lettings and sales.
