Campions Group has continued to expand its footprint in the capital after making a strategic decision earlier this year to close its South West branches and focus exclusively on the London market.
As part of that shift, the group has acquired Aston Chase, a well-established agency operating in and around central London. The deal marks a further step in the repositioning of Campions Group, consolidating its presence in higher-value urban markets while exiting regional operations.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen the group’s reach across prime central London, adding to its existing network and client base as it looks to scale within a more focused geographic area.
The move follows a period of restructuring, during which Campions Group – also owner of Chestertons, Retirement Homesearch and Campions Lettings and Management – closed Chase Buchanan offices in Trowbridge, Melksham, Bristol and Bath in February this year.
Chase Buchanan’s website now lists only its London offices, reflecting the group’s capital-focused strategy. Aston Chase, which specialises in prime central and north west London residential property, complements that offering and broadens coverage across key markets.
The addition of Aston Chase enhances the group’s presence across prime central and north west London, bringing together complementary strengths in market expertise, client service and established local networks.
Founded in 1985, Aston Chase has built a reputation for discretion, integrity and high levels of client service, with a core footprint spanning Marylebone, Regent’s Park, St John’s Wood, Little Venice, Maida Vale, Primrose Hill, Belsize Park and Hampstead. The firm has a strong track record in super-prime sales, while its lettings division has expanded significantly in recent years in response to changing market conditions.

Under the new arrangement, Aston Chase will continue to operate as an independent agency within Campions Group, retaining its brand, leadership and specialist focus. Co-founder Mark Pollack and director of house sales Michael Sulkin will remain in place, focusing on client service and transactions, supported by the wider infrastructure of the group.
Pollack said: “Over the last four decades, we have grown Aston Chase into a market-leading agency that uniquely understands the prime and super prime markets and its clientele. As a full-service agency, our highly experienced team has a deep local knowledge, and our Lettings Department is thriving.
“The investment from Campions Group will no doubt propel the business further and allow greater expansion of services in North West London. Our objective remains to deliver ‘best in class’ service to our clients as we embark on this next chapter.”
Campions Group is also exploring opportunities to expand the Aston Chase brand, including the potential opening of additional offices across central and north west London, as it continues its rapid growth since being established in 2023.

Richard Davies, director of UK operations at Campions, commented: “Aston Chase is a highly impressive operator in London’s prime residential market, and this is a clear strategic fit for Campions.
“As a group, we are focused on strengthening our presence in key London markets, and Aston Chase brings a deep understanding of Central and North West London and the expectations of Super/Prime market clients.
“Mark Pollack, Richard Bernstone and Michael Sulkin have built an exceptional business, and we’re looking forward to working with Mark, Michael and their team as we support the next phase of growth.”
