ESTAS opens hunt for agents’ best supplier of this year

The ESTAS has announced that its Supplier of the Year 2015 category is now open for entries.

So, if you are an agent pleased with the firm that supplies your signs or software, or has just done some swanky new offices for you, why not recommend them?

The award, which is the biggest of its kind in the residential property industry, is unique as it is the ratings alone from estate and letting agents that determines which suppliers are shortlisted and ultimately who wins the award.

Last year, over 3,000 agents completed the online survey, which will result in the winning suppliers being announced next month.

Simon Brown, who runs the ESTAS, said: “There are a huge number of suppliers to the industry and our aim is to highlight those that provide the best service and the most value to the agents they work with.

“Voting for this category is based on the same formula as that used for rating agents, namely feedback from customers. Estate and letting agents will be able to rate the level of service provided by a supplier by completing an online questionnaire.”

“We want agents who have used suppliers’ products and services in 2014 to rate their experience. The results will not only help to highlight the best performing suppliers, but will also provide valuable feedback to those companies so they can develop their services accordingly.”

Firms taking part can track their customer service rating, view votes and comments from agents, and access monthly feedback reports providing detailed analysis of how they are performing against different service criteria.

The category is open to all companies whose core business is supplying the UK residential property market. Firms must have been trading on or before January 1, 2014. The winners will be announced at the 12th annual ESTAS ceremony in April 2015.
