Fine & Country Wirral has expanded its territory to now include Formby and its surrounding areas, adding to its existing presence across The Wirral and Liverpool.

The decision to expand into Formby comes after the director of Fine & Country Wirral, Tom Carter, along with his  fellow directors, Mark Fish and Jamie Tulloch, saw increasing interest from property owners in the area.

Formby perfectly complements Fine & Country’s existing portfolio, according to Carter.

He said: “Formby and the surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful. With the premium homes in the area, we felt we could offer an entirely different service for those buying and selling here. Expanding to Formby was a natural progression as we found ourselves being invited to properties here off the back of our work on The Wirral and in Liverpool.”
