Established estate agency unveils rebrand

Oxford-based estate agency Finders Keepers has unveiled a refreshed brand identity.

Founded in 1972, the agency is now in its sixth decade and serves Oxford and surrounding areas including Woodstock, Abingdon, Banbury, Bicester, and Witney.

The company said the updated branding has been developed to better reflect its current business and values.

Managing director Paul Rushworth commented: “We were founded in Oxfordshire, we continue to operate locally, and we remain the same business with the same people, values and commitment to doing the right thing. This refresh is about how we present ourselves, not who we are. Our services, our teams and the way we look after our clients remain exactly the same.”

As part of the rebrand, the business has introduced the monogram ‘FK’, reflecting the way the company prefers to be referred to internally and externally.

Rushworth added: “We are still very much Finders Keepers. The use of ‘FK’ is an evolution of our identity rather than a departure from it, much like other established British brands. It allows us to present ourselves with greater clarity and consistency while continuing to deliver the professional, dependable service our clients expect.”The branding was developed in collaboration with London-based design agency I-AM, following external research and close consultation with Finders Keepers’ senior team and colleagues across the business.

Victoria Lyall, head of marketing at Finders Keepers, commented: “This project was about ensuring our brand accurately reflects the role we play in supporting landlords, sellers and tenants on their property journeys. The new identity is modern and confident but still rooted in who we are. It’s an evolution, not a revolution, and the response internally has been overwhelmingly positive.”
