The change brings a network of offices across Ferring, Findon, Goring, Lancing, Rustington, Worthing, Brighton, Hove, Kemptown and Preston Park under the Charters name.

The businesses will continue operating locally while aligning with Charters’ wider regional structure, supported by Lomond’s national network. Charters was established in 2009 and operates across Hampshire and Surrey, with the Sussex offices now integrated into its existing footprint.

While the name is changing, the teams remain in place. Clients will continue to work with the same local staff, with access to a wider network.
