Engel & Völkers eyes growth in London after relocating headquarters

Engel & Völkers has announced the relocation of its private office to London.

With more than 900 offices across 31 countries, the company says the move allow the firm to expand its presence in core UK markets.

Maximilian Stamm, head of Engel & Völkers private office EMEA, said: “As high-net-worth market hubs converge and new demographics emerge, we see tremendous potential in London.”

Operating in major cities worldwide, including New York, London, Hong Kong, and Dubai, Engel & Völkers private office is already marketing several significant properties in prime London postcodes, such as Chelsea, Belgravia, and Westminster.

In the long run, Engel & Völkers private office aims to establish its estate agency services in London, focusing primarily on affluent international clients.
