Winkworth wins a new convert to its name

Two new Winkworth offices have opened in the west country after an existing business rebranded.

Richard Blake, in Dartmouth and Torbay, has now become Winkworth after eight years of trading.

The business is jointly owned by Richard Blake and Trevor Branton.

Blake said: “We’re thrilled to join the Winkworth network and feel confident that this nationally recognised brand, teamed with our established local reputation, will be a winning combination for our business’s future.

“This is an excellent step for us, where we can benefit from the comprehensive services that Winkworth can provide us whilst retaining our fundamental values, staff and reputation. We look forward to a successful future as part of Winkworth, and to developing our own business to its full potential within the local area.”

The Winkworth Dartmouth and Torbay offices will retain their current teams.

Dominic Agace, CEO at Winkworth, said: “These new offices are perfectly placed to fit with our ongoing expansion in terms of location and target market, and we expect to announce further office openings as the year progresses.”
