The agenda is designed to help agents ride the wave – it’s about dedicating time to work on the business – to learn, connect and stay on top.”

In another exclusive – brought to you by Property Industry Eye –  Peter Knight, Founder of Property Academy and Chief Kerfuffler Simon Whale talk about the marketing pyramid – ‘Essential, Nice to Haves and Wows’. The talk challenges agents to consider if their focus, and budget, is spent on the right things or if they are chasing rainbows.

Peter comments, “It is quite typical for estate agents to look at the wrong end of the pyramid and jump onto exciting one-off ideas rather than focus on the essential and nice to have components of marketing, which in the main are much more likely to bring in steady and consistent results.”

Agents then need to find ways to incorporate these elements of marketing into their processes and according to Peter, EA Masters offers an excellent opportunity to help them do that.

“Save yourself time and money by spending time in the Innovation Hall at the event and talk to a range of suppliers – compare, contrast and get their advice on how to include products and services into your processes. It does not cost anything to talk and our virtual conference platform makes it easy and convenient to engage with industry leading providers.”
