Dezrez agrees integration partnership with soon-to-launch portal

Dezrez has entered into a new integration partnership with Boomin, which is expected to finally launch over the next few weeks.

The agreement ensures that Dezrez customers will be able to access the full functionality and flexibility of the still-to-launch property portal, with a platinum membership.

For Dezrez customers using the latest cloud based and fully mobile Rezi software the integration is straight forward.

Justin Morris, CEO of Dezrez, said: “Dezrez has always been at the forefront of software development for the estate agency industry and confirmation of our integration partnership with Boomin is testament to our shared vision.

“We are both committed to continuous innovation to create better outcomes for our customers. Our technology and open API enables the best integration with the Boomin platform of any CRM provider, and provides Rezi agents with a richer, deeper and 24/7 view of the customer and the market. This will boost transaction levels and ultimately agents incomes.”

Michael Bruce, executive chairman and founder, Boomin, added: “[Dezrez] are totally focused on what is best for agents, their customers and the industry.”

    What does ‘full integration’ actually mean? What will boomin have access to?

    Worrying ‘full integration’. Why are we seeing irrelevant articles like this? Who cares? This isn’t news. Getting seriously tired of the hype around this.

    There are two integrations;
    (i) a property upload version, which mimics the existing Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket feed and by definition is property listings only.
    and
    (ii) a ‘four point’ integration; which sends Boomin your vendor, appraisal, property and buyer information.
    Make of the four point integration what you will.
