Dexters and Zoopla agree new long-term deal

Zoopla has announced a new long-term contract with leading London estate agency Dexters, which encompasses 156 offices across the capital.

Dexters, which now has more local offices and a greater presence than any other estate agency in London, will use Zoopla’s Valuation Booster in all its branches as part of the three-year contract (until December 2026).

Zoopla will be looking to support Dexters as part of its battle to maintain market share in the property portal market, as competition within the sector hots up.

Andy Shepherd, CEO of Dexters, said: ”We enjoy working alongside Zoopla who puts us, the customer, at the forefront of their business. To show our continued support and confidence in this agent-friendly platform, we are delighted to confirm that we have agreed to a new three-year deal.”

Charlie Bryant, CEO at Zoopla, added: “We’re looking forward to working closely with Dexters over the coming months and years to help them deliver on their goals and ambitious plans for growth. Housing affordability in London is the best that it’s been in a decade and we look forward to partnering with Dexters to capitalise on this more positive market sentiment and uptick in demand.”
