Deal or no deal – agent’s new adverts are the real deal

Here is the latest advert from London agent Marsh & Parsons.

It went up in tube and train stations yesterday – and very topical it is too, while continuing Marsh & Parsons’ splendid tradition of creative, clever and striking advertising.

    This is how we work.

You have spent 40 years building up the equity in your house and forging excellent relations with the neighbours. What we will now do is bulldoze the house, stick two fingers up to the neighbours, and you will leave this property on March 29th whether you have a deal or not.

How’s that for strong and stable agency?

        I don’t!

The fact we don’t have any politicians, civil servants or economists who have run an economy or a kingdom of an independent stand alone set of partially devolved countries, one of which has a historically sensitive political border is a bit of a concern to me.

I’d suggest the only true leader with the experience to sort out this sort of complicated arrangement is Jeremy Kyle.

Nah, too polite! this needs someone used to dealing with the deepest depths of unpleasantness,  stubbornness, betrayal, arrogance, ignorance and a whole bunch of flicking about
