Agents are to get the chance to spend next year’s Valentine’s Day listening to branding and customer services experts at the NAEA Propertymark national conference.
The trade body will hold its 2019 event on February 14 at 155 Bishopsgate in London, hosted by BBC journalist Sally Bundock.
Keynote speakers will include Joe McEwan, former head of brand at drinks company Innocent, and Andrew McMillan, the man responsible for defining John Lewis’s customer service.
Mark Bentley, president of NAEA Propertymark, said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone to next year’s annual conference in London.
“The housing market continues to dominate the news agenda, and with the Government working to improve the buying and selling process, the conference provides a good opportunity for attendees to learn from peers and build their knowledge.”
Early bird tickets are now available for members for £99 plus VAT until December 14, after which they will be £135.
The price for non members is £155 plus VAT.
Tickets can be purchased at www.naea.co.uk/events/national-conference/
Meanwhile, January 25 is the date for the third Sanjfest conference, an event which may have been under your radar but which has proved a big hit with previous delegates.
The agency networking event, run by estate agent Sanjay Gandhi, will be held at London’s Grand Connaught Rooms and feature Australia-based estate agency business coach Tom Panos. Other speakers have yet to be announced.
Tickets are £199 for admission or £399 if you also want to meet and have pictures with the speakers.
And there was me thinking it was my next Money Laundering and Consumer Protection course in London on February 20th!!

Not really a great choice of date for the conference as many will not attend due to it being a ‘special day’. Too many will have plans elsewhere for that day and/or evening.
Sorry NAEA, but you’ve made a booboo there…!

But isnt that typical of Propertymark no forward planning , or is it clever planning hotel rooms booked and paid for in london at their members expense??
