Lynks Estate Agents in the north-west enjoyed a rewarding day at Friday’s ESTAs, winning silver as the best estate agent in the UK.

The ultimate accolade as the UK’s best estate agent went to Dale Eddison Ilkley, while bronze went to Logic Estates.

Lynks also picked up the gold award for the best UK letting agent, as voted by tenants.

Silver went to Caridon Property Services, London, and bronze to Barrett Property Management in the south-east.

The best letting agents, as rated by landlords, were Stoneshaw Estates in the south-east, Alexanders Estate Agency, Wales, and Buckley Frayne in the north-west.

The best online estate agent was Housenetwork followed by Housesimple. The best chain of agents was Countrywide.

Gold for best supplier went to Agency Express, with silver being won by Estates IT and bronze by Expert Agent.
