Current market ‘presents an opportunity for savvy agents’ to unlock profits

Today’s trading environment creates both challenges and opportunities for agents, making it crucial to adapt to enhance profitability, according to Reapit.

The technology provider says it will aim to address current challenges facing those working in our industry by hosting a webinar tomorrow, revealing the top 10 actions profitable agents are taking today to succeed. The webinar will be held on 16 July at 11 am and agents can register for free.

Featured speakers include Bernadette Sheridan, Reapit’s business development director, and Shaun Crowe, Reapit’s lead training consultant. Together, they will cover a wide range of strategies that can be implemented regardless of agency size or technology stack, including:

+ Streamlining task plans and agency organisation

+ Reviewing past market appraisals to identify future growth opportunities

+ Automating rental payments to free up capacity and reassure landlords

+ Uncovering data insights and stepping up compliance to bolster current practices and future plans

+ Adopting ‘applicant management’ best practices

“We’ve put together this webinar to help agencies succeed in a complex market. We know that optimising both sales and lettings is crucial when it comes to long-term agency growth,” said Sheridan.

“We have already trained hundreds of agencies and thousands of agents to streamline their operations, use the valuable data they have at their disposal, and focus on the core tasks that bring in the biggest revenue. And now we are really looking forward to sharing our insights with more agents across the UK,” added Crowe.

“It’s a time of change in the industry,” said Steve Richmond, General Manager at Reapit UK&I. “But we know that presents an opportunity for savvy agents who are willing to embrace tried and tested methods to unlock profits, which won’t just benefit them now, but also set them up for long-term growth.”

Agents can register for the webinar here.
