In the lettings categories, Countrywide Residential Lettings was the best large agency, Martyn Gerrard was best medium agency, and Haus Properties (Leeds) the best small.
London agency of the year was Marsh & Parsons.
Wales agency of the year was won by Alexanders, and Scotland agency of the year went to McEwan Fraser Legal.

Golds in three separate supplier awards categories were picked up by Landlord Information Group, Kremer Signs and The Letting Partnership.
Our congratulations to all.

What is the criteria to win “Employer of the year”?
To have the most unhappy staff?

I Was wondering how countrywide can win an award for “Employer of the year” when according to another story today.
maybe “Employer of the year” actually means “Highest staff turnover”
