Countrywide is looking to further increase market share in the shared ownership sector after launching new services to cater for those operating within the market.

From selling 40 shared ownership units in 2019 to more than 900 in 2023 their activity in this area of the market has increased significantly.

Through their specialist affordable housing team, Countrywide, part of the Connells Group, provides services for housing associations, local authorities and the For-Profit sector on a nationwide scale.

Countrywide list ‘initial investment advice, sector specific compliance and consultancy through to sales, marketing and customer care’ as part of the services on offer.
