A commercial property firm is to join franchising group Keller Williams, which launched in the UK last summer.

It is understood that while Keller Williams is largely badged as a residential operation, it is keen to grow a commercial agency side.

Hoffman Partners will retain its own brand but have access to Keller Williams’ global network of agents and clients, and to the group’s technology.

Hoffman Partners was established in May 2005 by Peter and Mark Hoffman.

The central London firm acts for a range of corporate clients such as pension funds, insurance companies, private and public properties, and high street retailers as well as high net worth individuals.

US-headquartered Keller Williams has over 100,000 estate agents in 700 ‘market centres’ worldwide.
