Tannaz Bhoot has been named as haart’s new area letting director for West London and Berkshire.
After a varied 18-year career in the property industry, she has joined from Belvoir where she was business development manager. Bhoot will be overseeing haart’s eight branches in the area.
Her previous experience includes a successful spell as head of letting at John D Wood & Co. in Chiswick, while her time in the sector began as a negotiator at Foxtons.

With these changes to our structure, we will be able to take advantage of additional sources of expertise from across the wider firm, which we expect to result in a range of new opportunities for the business as well as greater value for our clients.”
Scott Tyler, senior partner at Allsop, added: “Allsop Letting & Management has come a long way over the past two decades, having developed into one of the UK’s most respected residential asset managers, all thanks to the hard work and tenacity of its team. The new appointments demonstrate our commitment to investing in our people and are reflective of the business’s robust performance and strong client pipeline. The appointment of a new chairman and non-executive director will enable us to further strengthen cross-agency collaboration and tap into valuable sources of expertise, leading to an even better client experience and stronger results.”
