Tom Parsons returns to Strutt & Parker’s Fulham sales team as associate director
Strutt & Parker has appointed Tom Parsons as an associate director in its Fulham office, marking his return to the firm where he began his property career.
Parsons rejoins from Middleton Advisors, where he spent three and a half years working on prime property sales across London, including central and outer prime markets. He previously spent seven years at Strutt & Parker’s Fulham team, progressing to the role of associate.
George Jackson-Stops, head of sales in Strutt & Parker’s Fulham office, said: “I’m delighted Tom has returned to Strutt & Parker in Fulham, a decision I also made two years ago. Having worked with Tom before, I can attest to his ability as an exceptional operator, with an impressive track record in prime SW6, and his brilliant relationships with his clients. He understands the motivations and desires of buyers and sellers which, coupled with an enviable level of insight into the local market, delivers a truly client-first approach to his transactions.”
In his role as associate director, Parsons will work alongside colleagues in Fulham including George Jackson-Stops and Meena Patel, head of lettings, as well as the wider network of London offices and brokers.
Parsons will have a particular focus on the house market and sales in excess of £2M, drawing on his encyclopaedic knowledge of exclusive neighbourhoods including the Peterborough Estate and Alphabet Streets.
Parsons commented: “Rejoining the organisation at this pivotal point in its growth journey and to be part of building our London operation under inspiring leadership means I’m feeling really energised in supporting the Fulham market this year and beyond.”
Parsons is the latest hire by Strutt & Parker in a series of significant appointments made by the firm, including that of James Diaper, director, appointed to join the agency’s recently announced broker team headed up by Claire Reynolds, UK head of sales, and Louise Harrison, director, who was appointed to head up the firm’s national estates and farms agency team.
Ex-Savills associate director joins United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed George Duff as Country Lettings Director, covering Surrey’s prime and super-prime rental markets, including Cobham, Oxshott, Esher, Weybridge and Guildford.
Duff started his career at Savills UK at age 21, rising to Associate Director in the Super Prime Lettings team and later serving as Head of Department at the Cobham office. He is a Surrey local and a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
Duff said: “It’s a great time to be joining the UK Sotheby’s International Realty team. Surrey has always attracted strong interest from both London-based and international tenants looking for space, privacy and a lifestyle that’s hard to replicate elsewhere. With its gated estates, safe communities, outstanding schools and excellent access to Heathrow, Gatwick and central London, the area continues to tick all the boxes for families relocating within the UK or arriving from overseas.”
“While last year brought a degree of uncertainty, the fundamentals of the market never really changed. We’re already seeing confidence return, with clients moving decisively and committing to longer-term tenancies on well-presented country homes that suit modern family living.”
“I’m really looking forward to growing UK Sotheby’s International Realty across Surrey and supporting clients with the kind of tailored, hands-on service the brokerage is known for.”
United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty announced its strategic expansion into the country market in 2024, opening its Cobham office following the establishment of an early presence across the Cotswolds and North Surrey. Since then, the brokerage has continued to grow its team of country specialists while achieving a number of landmark transactions.
Alex Isidro, MD at United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty, added: “Surrey and the wider country market represents a significant opportunity for us. We continue to see strong demand from Londoners as well as international tenants, particularly from the US, who are drawn to the lifestyle the area offers.”
“George’s track record at Savills, combined with his local knowledge and network, speaks for itself. I have no doubt he will hit the ground running and play an important role in delivering exceptional results for our clients while continuing to grow our presence across the region.”
Redrow South appoints new senior land manager

Redrow South East has appointed Harry Phillips as senior land manager, covering Kent and East Sussex.
He joins from Barratt David Wilson Homes, where he spent five years working in residential land acquisition across the region and was involved in securing sites including Fort Halstead and Gibraltar Farm. He took up the role in March 2026.
In his new position, Phillips will work with landowners, agents and local authorities to identify and progress development sites.
Phillips said: “Having worked in Kent for a number of years, I’m pleased to be joining Redrow South East and supporting the division’s continued growth in a region I know well.
“Redrow has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes and creating thriving communities, and I’m looking forward to working with the team to identify new opportunities across Kent and East Sussex – particularly at a time when meeting the government’s ambitious new homes target is more crucial than ever.”
Phillips’ appointment follows that of Luke Cooper as managing director in February.
