Chestertons confirms senior appointments

Chestertons has announced two senior appointments across its Knightsbridge and Kensington sales offices.
Ian Barrett, who joined Chestertons in 2023, has been appointed to manage Chestertons’ Knightsbridge sales office.

“Chestertons has always invested in nurturing talent and building strong teams, and I’m excited to continue driving performance while delivering the exceptional service the company is known for,” said Barrett.
Meanwhile, Dominic Baldwin has been promoted to lead the Kensington Sales office. He joined Chestertons in 2024 as associate director.
“It’s an exciting opportunity to continue supporting our talented team and helping the office thrive in this fantastic market,” Balwin added.
Cavendish unveils new recruits

Cavendish in Chester has strengthened its team with three new appointments.
Hattie Carter-Aleksic joins as head of marketing and content, taking charge of the agency’s social media and video marketing strategies.
Anna Horne has been appointed as a sales negotiator at the Chester office, while Christie Gibson, an experienced estate agent, will serve as sales manager for Cavendish’s Mold and Ruthin offices.

She brings with her local knowledge and contacts having been brought up just a few miles away from our Mold office and still living locally.
“We’re also pleased to have Anna join the team. She is the daughter of Alex Horne, one of Chester’s best-known property professionals.”
Sourced recruits Martin Bunney to head up new mergers and acquisitions team

Sourced has appointed highly experienced acquisitions consultant Martin Bunney to push forward with its new mergers and acquisitions programme.
Prior to joining Sourced, Bunney was acquisitions director for the Belvoir Group for 10 years.
“During my time with Belvoir I oversaw 154 franchisee acquisitions and 140 resales,” said Bunney. “I’m delighted to now be working with Sourced, a highly progressive business led by founder and CEO Stephen Moss.”
Sourced has put together an experienced, dedicated new acquisitions team, which includes Sourced brand manager Sarah Byrne.
