Xenia Lettings and Xenia Estates announce key leadership changes

Xenia Lettings and Xenia Estates have announced a series of senior leadership changes across their property management and client services teams in the North West and nationwide.

Jennifer Brown, formerly head of sales and marketing, has been appointed head of lettings, reflecting the company’s continued focus on strengthening its lettings operations.

In a related move, Michael Willans has been promoted from head of Yorkshire to director of estates, while Farrah McWilliam has also been promoted to director of estates following her role as head of client services.

The business has further strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Miriam Unsworth as head of estates. Unsworth brings more than 15 years’ experience in property management to the role.

Additionally, Nicola Murray has returned to the business on a part-time basis following maternity leave and has taken up the position of associate director, with responsibility for contractor management and commercial development.

 

GSC Grays appoints Katherine Wigham to lead new Rural Business & Leisure Agency

GSC Grays has appointed Katherine Wigham, a specialist with nearly two decades of experience in the leisure property sector, to head up its newly launched Rural Business & Leisure Agency.

The new service forms part of GSC Grays’ expanding Farms & Country House Agency and has been developed in response to growing demand from rural businesses adapting to shifting markets, changing environmental policies, rising input costs and increasingly unpredictable weather.

John Coleman, head of GSC Grays Farms & Country House Agency, said: “Many landowners are exploring diversification to stabilise income and secure the future of their farm businesses. The Rural Business & Leisure Agency has been created to meet this growing demand for expert advice and support across the region. We are delighted to welcome Katherine to the team – her extensive experience and insight into the leisure property market will be invaluable as we expand this new service.”

Wigham, who will be based at the GSC Grays head office in Colburn, North Yorkshire, said: “Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from private owners and developers to institutional investors. I’m thrilled to be joining GSC Grays and look forward to contributing to the continued success of the business in a region I know and love.”
