Ex Marsh & Parsons area director joins Moveli

Ex Marsh & Parsons area director, Verity Barrett, has joined Moveli.
Barrett who worked for almost ten years at Marsh & Parsons, and then subsequently for Knight Frank, before setting up her own search and acquisition company, is the latest in a string of experienced agents to join the rapidly growing brokerage.

James Hicks returns to Aitch Group

James Hitch has rejoined Aitch Group as head of residential sales and marketing.
Hicks returns to the company with extensive experience in the East London market, having launched and delivered several projects for Aitch Group.

Gleeson Homes appoints new land director

Gleeson Homes appointed a new land director for its Greater Manchester and Merseyside region.
Gareth J. Owen brings more than 30 years of experience in the housebuilding industry, with over 20 of those years spent in director-level roles.
With extensive expertise in the North West and knowledge spanning the wider North of England, Owen will be responsible for growing the region’s land pipeline in support of Gleeson’s ambitious growth targets to reach 3,000 annual completions in the medium term.
His leadership in critical land acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives are set to make a positive mark on the region following his most recent role as divisional land director for the North of England at McCarthy Stone.
Owen’s career began with an 18-year tenure at Taylor Wimpey, where he strengthened his skills in land buying and team leadership leaving as the North West land and planning director.
Owen’s expertise extends beyond traditional land acquisition with previous experience in a land and partnerships role at Keepmoat.
