Guy Bradshaw joins Harding Green

Guy Bradshaw

Guy Bradshaw, former managing director of UK Sotheby’s International Realty, has joined Harding Green.

With a career spanning over two decades, Bradshaw has previously also worked for Savills, Hamptons and Foxtons.

Beginning his journey at Foxtons in Richmond, he progressed to Hamptons International in Chelsea before establishing Marsh & Parsons’ Holland Park office. He subsequently managed their Chelsea and Mayfair offices before joining Savills, where he transacted across Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Marylebone and Belgravia to Hyde Park Estate and the West End.

Bradshaw spent the past seven years at Sotheby’s operating in the prime and super prime markets across London, the UK and internationally.

Now returning to his roots, he brings his wealth of knowledge to Cheshire’s high-value property market, focusing on Chester and the coveted Golden Triangle.

Bradshaw said: “Harding Green offers a fresh, innovative approach to brokerage, enabling an extraordinary network of senior professionals with cutting-edge technology and powerful career progression.

“After exploring various self-employed models, Harding Green stood out for its reputation in the luxury market and its exceptional back-office support, which is truly unmatched. The CRM system is one of the most advanced I’ve seen, making it easier to deliver outstanding service to clients.

“I love the flexibility the company offers too – no more being tied to a desk all day. As someone with young children, it’s invaluable to manage my own schedule whilst enjoying the gainful partnership available under this model.

“With the firm already operating in the Wirral and Shropshire, expanding into Cheshire feels like a natural progression, uniting these neighbouring counties into a complementary network under Harding Green.”

Harding Green’s founder and CEO, Nick Carter, added: “I am thrilled to welcome Guy to the team. With a stellar reputation as an industry leader and a proven history of handling some of London’s most prominent transactions, he brings exceptional expertise and respect within the sector.

“Cheshire has long been one of the most important prime markets outside of London, and expanding into this area was a clear strategic decision. Following our recent successes in Shropshire and the Wirral, we are eager to enhance our services for clients looking to buy and sell in this highly sought-after location. I look forward to working closely with Guy and supporting his efforts to grow his business in Cheshire’s Prime market, where his skills and vision are sure to make a significant impact.”
