Francesca Fox joins United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty
United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the appointment of Francesca Fox as Director of Lettings.
With more than 11 years of expertise in London’s prime and super-prime property markets, Fox has plenty of experience handling of intricate transactions across north and prime central London.
Fox, who will be mainly based in the St John’s Wood office, began her career in the district, quickly rising through the ranks and gaining an encyclopaedic knowledge of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, including Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill, Hampstead, and Highgate, as well as prime areas such as Marylebone, Kensington, Chelsea, and Knightsbridge.

Chestertons appoints new sales director for Mayfair office
Chestertons has confirmed the appointment of Elliot Fensom as sales director of the agency’s Mayfair office.
Fensom has worked in the estate agency sector for over 14 years, including roles at Savills before moving to Chestertons’ Knightsbridge, Belgravia & Chelsea office in 2022.
At Chestertons, Fensom took responsibility of valuing and listing clients’ properties in Knightsbridge and Chelsea where he built strong and lasting relationships.
More recently Elliot became Chestertons’ roaming sales manager covering management vacancies due to extended annual leave, sabbaticals and transitions where he excelled at integrating his own methods and techniques to cover and improve individual and office performances in many of Chestertons’ Prime and Central offices.
Leaning on his successes, particularly with his specific knowledge and experience of Prime Central London, Elliot plans to take an already successful office to new heights.

Knight Frank expands building surveying team with appointment of new partner
Knight Frank has appointed Andrew Hezelgrave as a partner to its building surveying team in London, supporting the team’s expansion following a period of strong growth.
Hezelgrave joins Knight Frank from Savills, where he held the position of technical due diligence director for two years. Prior to this, he spent almost a decade at Black Cat Building Consultancy and Paragon Building Consultancy, also specialising in technical due diligence.
Hezelgrave has extensive cross-sector building surveying expertise, having led projects involving both single assets, including trophy properties, and large portfolio instructions throughout Europe.
At Knight Frank, Hezelgravewill work closely with Andrew Burt, head of UK commercial building surveying, alongside the firm’s wider project and building consulting team, to support investors and occupiers on survey work related to assets across the UK.
