Knight Frank appoints new lettings head in its Ascot & Virginia Water office
Knight Frank’s Ascot & Virginia Water residential lettings team has welcomed Kavita Walker to the team as a head of lettings.
Kavita previously worked for Knight Frank for more than 10 years in the Ascot office, and now returns to head up the lettings team in Ascot & Virginia Water. She will be tasked with leading the team of negotiators to build the firm’s market share in the area.
Kavita Walker commented: “I am delighted to be returning to and working for Knight Frank once again and excited to take on the role of head of lettings in Ascot & Virginia Water. Having spent the majority of my career in this area I know it very well and look forward to working with my team to collaborate and establish strong relationships with our clients and across the firm.”

The Buying Solution makes two new senior hires
The Buying Solution has announced two partner hires to strengthen both the prime London and Country teams.
Toto Lambert has become a partner in prime and South West London and Katherine Watters a partner in Surrey and Sussex.
Lambert spent 10 years at Knight Frank rising up the ranks first in Edinburgh and more recently in their Chelsea office.
Lambert said: “Taking the time to truly nurture client relationships from start to finish is of great importance to me. Buying is very much a holistic process and, through trust and connection, I support clients in the most mindful way possible.”
The Buying Solution has also bolstered its country team with the hire of Watters who decided to return to the business having worked with the team between 2014 and 2016. She specialises in Surrey and Sussex home purchases and has a particular interest in equestrian homes.

Johns&Co appoints new CFO
Johns&Co in London has announced the appointment of Jeremy Shaw as CFO.
Having spent 15 years working at Chestertons, serving as CFO for the last seven of them, Shaw brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
His extensive experience spans mergers and acquisitions, strategic board contributions, and the development of high-performing financial teams.
