Spicerhaart appoints new property management area director
Sam Cable has joined Spicerhaart as a new property management area director with a view to growing the managed book in the East Midlands.
Cable’s experience includes spells as area sales manager at Connells, and lettings manager at Countrywide, and most recently he was head of lettings at Leicestershire-based Hortons where he helped to establish their lettings operation.
The 32-year-old said: “I’m taking on a larger team within a bigger business than my previous role,” he said.
“I have tenacity and drive to ensure my teams feel supported in their roles as Property Managers.
“I have a keen eye for detail and love to dig deep to ensure we have a risk averse and compliant business in the East Midlands.
“My ultimate goal is to grow our managed book whilst ensuring our landlords and tenants are satisfied with the service they are receiving from my teams.
“I joined Spicerhaart to be part of a progressive company which puts their staff members at the forefront of the business ensuring they are trained well and equipped to do their jobs efficiently.”
Sam has been in the industry for 15 years, after his aunt helped him secure a position as an accompanied viewer at a student letting agency before he progressed through the ranks. He takes inspiration in his career from his father and wife.

Rafael Noriega joins Chestertons Global as Chief of Strategy and Expansion

His experience extends beyond property into strategic roles with well-known brands such as Rita’s Italian Ice, SNAP Fitness, and Opel cars.

Reapit welcomes Suzie Woodhams as chief people officer
