Tim Firth joins house. Partnership as regional partner

Tim Firth

Tim Firth has joined house. Partnership as a regional partner overseeing Weybridge and Walton-on-Thames.

Firth has more than 20 years’ experience in estate agency, mainly at the helm of Jackson Stops Weybridge which, under his leadership, grew to become one of the agency’s most successful branches.

Firth, a former wine mercahnt, started his property career at Gascoigne Pees in Guildford. He later joined Jackson Stops Office in Weybridge.

When rival agency Dexters bought the London and Surrey arm of Jackson-Stops in 2019, Firth remained on the Board of Directors.
He has now joined house. Partnership and is based in the Cobham office, covering Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames and surrounding areas, including Shepperton, Pyrford and West Byfleet.

“Having spent 15 years in this area, my little black book serves me well,” said Firth. “I have many loyal and repeat clients who appreciate my candid and honest approach. I am also in close contact with many of the local developers and have built great working relationships with them.”

I’m really looking forward to working with house. Partnership to further develop the brand and drive success in the area,” he added. “After 20 years I have learnt that having one person look after a sale from start to finish is the only true way to give the service levels our clients deserve and should expect.”

Andrew Giller, who co-founded house. Partnership almost a decade ago, commented: “Most agencies these days are target-driven, so there’s little cooperation between offices.

“Our approach is totally different: we’re collaborative and very old-school in the way the partnership works. We refer business between our partners, everyone knows what’s going on throughout the business, and it’s all for the benefit of our clients.”
