eXp Realty Promotes Adam Day to lead European expansion

Adam Day

eXp Realty has announced that Adam Day has assumed the role of International eXpansion leader for Europe, while continuing to lead and expand the UK business.

In this expanded capacity, Day is responsible for overseeing growth across key European markets including France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Greece, and Germany, as well as Israel. Additionally, he will guide eXp Realty’s entry into further European countries as part of the company’s ongoing global expansion strategy.

Over the past five years, Day has helped to successfully grow eXp Realty’s UK market to over 600 agents, establishing the company as the largest platform for self-employed estate agents in the country—now surpassing all competitors combined. The UK has also become eXp Realty’s largest market outside North America in terms of agent commission income.

Glenn Sanford, founder, chairman and CEO of eXp World Holdings, commented: “Adam has demonstrated exceptional leadership in building a compelling and profitable real estate business in the UK, transforming it into our largest market outside of North America. His achievements have firmly positioned eXp as the leading platform for self-employed agents in Britain. I am confident that Adam will bring the same level of success to our European markets, further reinforcing eXp’s scale, credibility, and the significant referral business our global network generates. Europe, Israel, Dubai, and beyond are crucial to our future growth, and I’m excited to see the impact Adam and his team will have.”

Day said: “Growing the eXp UK business from zero agents in late 2019 to 600 in under five years is an achievement I am immensely proud of. eXp is now recognized as the largest self-employed agent platform in Britain, outpacing all rivals, and one of the leading estate agency brands in the UK. I am grateful to Glenn, Leo, and Felix for the opportunity to replicate this success across Europe, Israel, Dubai, and beyond as we not only expand property transactions but also extend eXp’s footprint into new countries.

“While I’m excited to embark on this new challenge, I remain fully committed to the ongoing growth of the UK business. This is not a farewell to the UK market, but rather an invitation to embrace new opportunities across multiple regions. I am fortunate to have an exceptional team around me, and this promotion is a testament to their outstanding performance so far.”
