It is an amazing opportunity to grow and progress.

The Private Office: Real Estate hires Elisha Warburton

Elisha Warburton

Super prime agency The Private Office: Real Estate has appointed Elisha Warburton to head up its Sports, Entertainment and Lifestyle department, providing an elite property service for professional athletes and those in the entertainment industry.

Warburton joins from global talent agency Wasserman where she held the position of client manager, looking after some of the UK’s biggest football stars. Prior to that, she spent time at Key Sports Management, Manchester United and Brentford Football Club in various player liaison roles.

Under Warburton’s leadership, the Sports, Entertainment and Lifestyle department at The Private Office: Real Estate will provide a unique and discreet service to its UHNW clients, providing support on everything from the buying and selling of real estate to everyday lifestyle management requirements.

The Private Office: Real Estate launched in July this year to disrupt the super prime property industry. Led by founder and industry veteran Trevor Kearney, the agency offers commission structures of up to 50% of billings earned on sales, under its brokerage model.

The Sports, Entertainment and Lifestyle division is one of several departments at The Private Office: Real Estate that has been created to provide the agency’s clients with an array of services to cover all their unique property and lifestyle needs.

The agency has also hired Jeff Hill as the head of its protects team, to provide clients with bespoke and comprehensive security solutions. Hill held several senior positions within the police force, including assistant chief constable, before moving across to personal security services.

Kearney said: “We’re only a month into the launch of The Private Office: Real Estate and we already have some of the very best talent working for us. Trust is everything in our industry. Both Elisha and Jeff are at the top of their game in their respective fields, and I couldn’t be prouder of the services they’re offering to our clients.”

Warburton added: “Trevor’s got an incredible track record in the super prime space, and when he told me about his vision for The Private Office: Real Estate, I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to be a part of it.

“I’ve worked across all areas of sports and entertainment, from grassroots all the way up to professional, and I’ve built a strong network and understanding of client needs as a result. I know how important both those things are to Trevor, so our approach to business complements each other. I’m looking forward to seeing what we can achieve this year and beyond.”
