Steve and James bring a wealth of additional technical property knowledge and experience and I’m delighted to welcome them to our team.”

Wilson commented: “Eccord has built an outstanding reputation in the world of prime and super prime rentals. Their approach is based on robust preventative property management processes and this is an ethos I passionately share. Markham added: “I first came to Eccord as a client and was immediately struck by the team’s professionalism, integrity and client-focused culture. For some landlords, their investment property is their pride and joy; others simply want peace of mind that their property assets are being efficiently managed on their behalf.
