LSL announces new non-executive appointment
LSL Property Services has announced the appointment of Michael Stoop to the board of LSL as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Stoop brings to LSL significant experience in estate agency and franchising which he has gained from his roles at Winkworth, Legal & General, and Belvoir Group plc.
He is currently an industry board member of The Property Ombudsman, where he also chairs the finance and performance committee. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Simon Whale joins Made Snappy 360’s board of directors

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty appoints new director
United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the addition of Hamish Batchen to its senior team. This appointment marks a significant strengthening of its expertise within the new-build prime and super prime residential property markets in London.
Batchen joins as director, having already gained 15 years of extensive experience, with more than five years specialising in the luxury real estate sector. An expert in branded residences, he has worked with some of the most reputable names in the business, including Four Seasons and Six Senses.
Before joining United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty, Batchen held a senior role at Savills, where he managed global sales for a leading branded residence developer and oversaw over £200m in sales in 18 months.
