Savills strengthens Rickmansworth residential sales team
Savills has strengthened its residential sales team in Rickmansworth with the appointment of associate director Rozanne Edwards from Strutt & Parker.
Rozanne has 20 years’ experience of working in residential sales – operating across the St Alban’s city and Hertfordshire country markets.
She previously worked for Strutt & Parker and specialised in selling best in class property, from historic houses and new builds, through to character cottages and large family homes.
Rozanne will work alongside head of office Steven Spencer, residential sales director Sue Trybus and negotiator James Pettit.
Commenting on her appointment, she said: “Savills has a strong network of offices in Hertfordshire and I’m excited to join what is already a very experienced and successful team.
“Having lived and worked in the area for several years I know Rickmansworth and its surrounding villages well, while I also went to school at Abbots Hill in Kings Langley. It’s a very robust housing market and we are looking forward to a busy summer, with lots of exciting new instructions in the pipeline.
“The office has an accomplished track record and I want to continue to build on that success – working together with others and using my own experiences to help drive future growth and provide the best possible service for our clients.”
Head of office Steven Spencer added: “I know Rozanne well having worked with her previously in another role and I’m delighted to welcome her into the fold. She fits our team dynamic brilliantly and her skillsets and expertise will undoubtedly help to further strengthen our capacity and ensure we continue to offer exceptional service to our clients.”
