Knight Frank appoints new heads of London prime and super prime sales
Knight Frank has announced two senior leadership promotions in its London residential business. Stuart Bailey has been appointed Head of Super Prime Sales, London, after a successful period as Head of Prime Sales. Charles Olver, Head of Sales in the firm’s leading Chelsea office has been appointed to take over the role Head of Prime Sales, London.
Stuart, a Proprietary Partner at the firm, has over 28 years of experience in the London residential market and has been with Knight Frank for over 16 years. In his new role, Stuart will spearhead the strategic focus on super prime sales (over £10m) across the capital, working in tandem with the firm’s globally renowned Private Office (across London, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore) and its network of offices around London. He will retain his role as Regional Partner for PCL.
Charles Olver, who was made a Proprietary Partner this year, has also been at Knight Frank for over 16 years, working primarily across the PCL markets of Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Chelsea. He will now be stepping into the role of Head of Prime Sales (up to £10m), alongside his existing role running the Chelsea office.

LSL estate agency franchising strengthens its leadership team
LSL has appointed Paul Clarke to the newly created director of proposition role at LSL Estate Agency Franchising.
Clarke is best known as the co-founder of the award-winning estate agency brokerage: Mr & Mrs Clarke. His recent role as marketing and sales director at & Co. Group saw him lead strategic initiatives to enhance workforce engagement and drive revenue, culminating in a successful acquisition by Leaders Romans Group.
As the new director of proposition, Clarke will play a pivotal role in driving growth through innovation and performance across the LSL estate agency franchise network and the Your Move and Reeds Rains brands.

Gleeson Homes appoints new regional managing director
Gleeson Homes, the affordable high-quality housebuilder, is delighted to announce the appointment of Darren Howell to Regional Managing Director of its Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear region.
With over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, Darren has a wealth of experience in supporting housebuilders to enhance their construction and build quality credentials. As previous Construction Director for Taylor Wimpey Northwest, one of the largest homebuilders in the UK, Darren was responsible for managing the construction team to deliver homes on time, safely and to a high standard of quality. Prior to this, Darren played an integral role in the early stages of the establishment of luxury homes housebuilder Duchy Homes, helping to create processes and standards of build quality and presentation.
Having joined Gleeson Homes in May 2023, Darren has been promoted to Regional Manging Director following a successful first year in his role as Group Construction Director where he carried out a review of processes and procedures to improve build quality and delivery.
In his new role, Darren will be responsible for driving growth within the Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear region and ensure a safe environment while delivering much needed new build homes. The region continues to see high demand for quality, affordable homes, with the North East representing a key growth area for the Group in achieving its medium-term growth ambition of building 3,000 homes per annum.
