Edward Dennett joins Wilfords as an associate director
Edward Dennett has joined Wilfords as an associate director at its Wandsworth branch in south London.
Joining Wilfords from James Pendleton, Dennett starting his property career in the Canary Wharf branch of Atkinson Mcleod, covering East London. He relocated to Balham in 2018 and joined James Pendleton as a sales consultant.
Dennett will be working alongside sales director, Philip Agius, who heads up sales at Wilford’s Wandsworth branch.
Dennett commented: “Phillip and the team on Northcote Road have already built up a great reputation in such a short amount of time and I am extremely thrilled to be joining the team at such an exciting time.
“Going above and beyond for clients is of huge importance to me as purchasing and buying real estate can often be a tricky road to navigate. I am passionate about helping guide my clients through every step and I am on a mission to change the public’s somewhat negative view on agents. Now a fully-fledged South West Londoner, I am very passionate about the place I call home and I am never happier than to sell the lifestyle it offers to clients moving here.”
Geoff Wilford, founder of Wilfords, added: “Our Northcote Road branch [in Wandsworth] has been open for just under a year now, but already we have experienced great success here and Edward joining will continue to drive the business forward.
“The southwest London property market is very competitive, with a number of established agencies having branches here. Wilfords is on a mission to disrupt the status-quo by offering clients the capabilities of a large corporate, with the personal touch and dedication of a small boutique practice – and so far, clients are being very receptive to our approach. Choosing like-minded, knowledgeable and personable people to work at Wilfords has always been part of our success, which is why we leapt at the opportunity to work with Edward.”
