Savills has appointed Marielle Papadopoullos as head of lettings in its Hampstead office. Marielle, who joins as a director, has over ten years’ experience operating in the London lettings market. Together, Marielle and the wider Hampstead lettings team have significant knowledge and experience in supporting landlords and tenants with the let and rental of apartments through to large family houses in the local area.

Marielle’s appointment follows the re-location of former head of Hampstead lettings, Ali Ishaq, to Savills Abu Dhabi where he has taken up the post of head of residential agency.
Ishaq’s move further strengthens the link between Savills Middle East and London residential businesses, connecting his clients with UK based colleagues who can assist with their real estate requirements in the Capital.
Of the appointment, head of prime central London lettings at Savills, Amelia Greene, commented: “Marielle has an excellent track record in leading successful teams, building long-standing client relationships and delivering strong results for clients across all rental price points. Jackson-Stops hires three new directors
Jackson-Stops has strengthened its team across the Cornish coast, with the appointment of three new directors, Richard Holder, Dean Lonergan and Daniel Ball.
The trio have worked together for the past 10 years at David Ball and will now work alongside the national brand’s existing director, Ben Standen, and sales negotiator, Zara Roberts.
Standen said: “Cornwall’s magnetism is rooted in its diverse property landscape, vibrant culture, dynamic local markets, top-notch education, and a plethora of recreational pursuits.
“We’re seeing leads come in from across our network and appetite from those who have never visited before wanting to have a slice of the good life. Richard, Dean and Daniel join the business at an exciting time, allowing Jackson-Stops to expand its presence further into Cornwall, stretching from St Agnes to Padstow.”
The appointments follow the launch of two new offices in Stockbridge and Colchester earlier this year, taking the Jackson-Stops network of offices to 42 across England.
Nick Leeming, chairman of Jackson-Stops, said: “This is a momentous time for the Jackson-Stops network. The property market in Cornwall has gone from strength to strength in the past three years, with the flexibility of home working and improved transport links making Cornwall a viable home even for London commuters.
“Richard, Dean and Daniel’s depth of experience of the Cornish market make them a dream trio for the brand, perfectly positioned to help buyers and sellers on their home buying journey. I’m confident that their experience, together with Ben and Zara’s longstanding reputation, is a recipe for coastal success.”
