Middleton Advisors

Edward Sainter has joined Middleton Advisors’ Country team and is looking after the region extending from Southern Oxfordshire including Oxford, east through the Chilterns and up through the Northern Home Counties to Beaconsfield and Aylesbury.

He said: “I always focus on delivering the best outcomes for clients. Throughout my career, I’ve been careful to work for a small number of prestigious names with a strong service ethic. Now I am fortunate to be at Middleton where service is front and centre of the business, and the bar is set incredibly high in terms of diligently applying the company’s core principles.”

Ben Horne, head of country buying at the firm, added: “We are excited to have Ed join us. His highly professional approach and broad experience in the property world and beyond will be a great asset. As ever, the most sought-after property is in short supply and tends to be sold under the radar. That puts our inside knowledge and networks at a real premium. With a constant pipeline of referrals from previous clients, Ed is joining us at a time when demand for the service we provide is exceptionally strong.”
