New estate agency opens in West Norfolk
A new estate agency has opened in West Norfolk by an experienced agent with almost 30 years’ experience.
Andrew Muskett Estate Agents, named after the owner of the firm, covers areas within a 30-mile radius of the Lynn area.
Muskett, who has worked as an estate agent for 29 years, started off as a trainee in Ely, before moving to East Anglia and then London.
For the past five years, Muskett has been running a franchised EweMove estate agency business, but has decided to take the plunge and team up with the eXp UK in a bid to set up on his own, with external support from the fast-growing network.
Muskett commented: “With 24/7 calls available, clients can rest assured that they will receive the utmost care and attention every step of the way.
“I am thrilled to be launching my new business, as part of the eXp network.
“By leveraging the latest technology, tools, and support of the eXp network, I can provide an unparalleled service to clients looking to buy or sell their unique homes. I believe that a bespoke service tailored to each client’s unique needs is the key to delivering a truly exceptional home moving experience.”
Coralie Walrond and Tom Jackson join The Agency UK
Property duo, Coralie Walrond and Tom Jackson, have joined The Agency UK to launch Worcestershire focusing on Kidderminster and Droitwich.
Walrond previously worked for Nicol & Co Estate Agents and Nock Deighton, while Jackson hails from Nicols and more recently Taylors Estate Agents and RA Bennett & Partners.
The Agency UK’s (TAUK) nationwide team of self-employed estate agents has now reached 89 partners operating across 32 countries, with the British brokerage planning further expansion in the next quarter.
Tom Lawrence of TLC Properties in Harrogate has decided to streamline the operational costs of his own independent estate agency and benefit from The Agency UK Network by becoming a partner. He also used to be a Ewemove franchisee.
Ria Font, who has been an agent in Liverpool City Centre since 2010, has recently been running her own lettings only operation. She has joined The Agency UK as a Partner to add sales to her business in a cost-effective way.
Steph Walker, COO of The Agency UK, said: “More and more agents are seeing the benefit of working under a model such as The Agency UK, most recently with agents in North Liverpool and Rotherham joining our team from conventional high street estate agents in order to provide a personal service to their clients from start to finish.
“As we expand our operations the UK and across 31 other countries, we’re keen to speak to any experienced estate agents who are either looking to start their own business but benefit from a partnership, or those running their own outfit, but considering ways to streamline their costs and benefit from the network, database and tech that we provide our partners with.”
