Rendall & Rittner strengthen property management team

John Osborn

Managing agent Rendall & Rittner has appointed John Osborne as property team manager within one of its central London divisions to oversee the management of a portfolio of high-profile residential developments.

With 20 years of experience in the industry, Osborne joins Rendall & Rittner with a wealth of property management experience.

His role at the company will focus on developing relationships with major clients and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery. He will also help manage the handover of management from the developer to the leaseholders at certain key developments.

Osborne commented: “I was drawn to Rendall & Rittner as a place to work because of the calibre of its client base. I have extensive experience of the industry having always worked in property management since I left university and relish the variety and challenges. I’m looking forward building strong connections with clients and helping my team develop their own careers.”

Tessa Milner joins PFK

PFK in Carlisle has appointed Tessa Milner as branch manager.

Having previously worked as an agent at Grisdales in Workington, she decided in 2013 to open her own company, specialising in vintage jewellery, which she owned for seven successful and happy years.

But after Covid hit last year, she decoded to return to estate agency, and has now joined PFK.

Milner said: “I join a fantastic team of people who have been extremely welcoming, and I look forward to helping people buy, sell and rent in and around Carlisle.”

PFK’s head of estate agency, Lynne Lancaster, commented: “I am very pleased that Tessa is joining PFK as branch manager of the Carlisle office.

“Her many years of experience and wealth of knowledge in Estate Agency will enable her to add significant value, and I look forward to working with her as she helps the business grow and the team progress.”

 

Savills unveils two new hires

Savills has expanded its national industrial and logistics team with the appointments of Richard Scott who joins as a director at the firm’s Newcastle office and Jack Davies as an associate director based in Bristol.

Scott has more than 20 years’ experience in the North East property market and specialises in providing strategic industrial agency advice across acquisitions, disposals and development.

He joins Savills from Cushman & Wakefield where he worked with a number of key clients including Legal & General, Logicor, Richardson Barberry and Homes England.
