Sprift appoints CTO

Sprift, the property data specialist, has appointed Lucky Byatt as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), to lead further tech team growth and innovation.

Byatt will be responsible for continuing to build the IT and data teams, to support the company’s ongoing growth and will manage rapid scaling-up of Sprift’s existing systems as part of its continual innovation.

Prior to joining Sprift, Byatt founded Learning Connexions, a technical training skills business, which she grew to an annual turnover of circa £1m.

Matt Gilpin, CEO at Sprift, comments: “Lucky is a very exciting hire, who comes at just the right time – as we look to further propel Sprift, following an extended period of growth. She brings a wealth of experience and a real energy to deliver across the board.”

Haart appoints Regional Sales Manager

Russell Davis, has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager, heading up haart’s homeland network in Essex.

Tim Wardley, National MD of Spicerhaart Group’s Land and New Homes, said: “Russell has worked diligently over his time in agency since the tender age of 17.

“By 25 he was running multiple offices which clearly endorses his ambition and drive. With a focus and drive to provide the absolute best service to his clients,

“Russell has a passion for the property industry but without doubt he has excelled in the New Homes arena for us and has enabled our Land Team to source new and exciting clients”.

In his spare time, Russell enjoys photography and video work and has recently invested in a licence for drone flights.
