Rendall & Rittner appoints Shreya Lakhani as property team manager
Rendall & Rittner has appointed Shreya Lakhani as new team leader for the South Midlands.
This is a new role for the residential managing agency’s Midlands division, created to support the ongoing expansion of the business in the region.
Lakhani will head up the teams of property managers responsible for developments across locations including Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and Watford.
Based out of the Milton Keynes office though currently managing teams remotely, Lakhani’s focus will be supporting her staff in their roles.
With almost six years’ experience in residential property management, Lakhani joins Rendall & Rittner from chartered surveyor Fifield Glyn, where she led the residential management department.
Lakhani commented: “Rendall & Rittner is a large and reputable company with an exciting portfolio of developments including high-end schemes with a wide range of facilities, and I am thrilled to join the team.”

Tom Lockton joins Fisher German
Fisher German has strengthened its South West team after making a key appointment at its Exeter office.
Fisher German has welcomed Tom Lockton to its newest office, based at Exeter Business Park, as an associate director.
Lockton will head up the firm’s valuation team in the South West, specialising in residential and agricultural property valuations for a variety of purposes including taxation, lending and expert witness.
The team already provides an extensive range of property advisory services to clients in the South West across the residential, commercial, rural, development, infrastructure and energy sectors.
Lockton joins Fisher German, which has 26 offices based across the UK, after 13 years at a global property consultancy, including 10 years in its London-based national country valuation team, before relocating to its Exeter office two years ago.
Lockton said: “I will be focusing on using my experience to further develop Fisher German’s valuation business in the South West.
“I look forward to working with property owners and fellow professional advisors right across the region on a diverse range of valuation matters.”
Hannah Rose, head of the Exeter office, added: “We are very pleased to welcome Tom with a comprehensive knowledge of both property valuation and the South West area, he is an excellent candidate to lead our valuation team.”
Redrow Eastern appoints Tom Hughes as head of land
Redrow’s Eastern division has appointed Tom Hughes as head of land.
Hughes was previously senior land manager at Berkeley Group PLC. At Redrow, he will drive forward new homes delivery across Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and North and East London.
Hughes joins Redrow with more than 15 years’ property experience, including working for property consultancies, CBRE and Colliers International.
He commented: “Redrow Eastern has ambitious plans to increase its volume of sales outlets and I am hugely excited to commence this role, sourcing immediate and strategic land for residential development across Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk and North and East London.
“Redrow’s focus on placemaking and the quality of its house types were key reasons for me wanting to join the business, and I look forward to working with the Redrow team in driving forward the land acquisition strategy.”
