Rob Brady has returned to the Regal Estates as lettings director, just over a year after leaving the company.

Brady, who previously worked for Regal for almost nine years, will be based in the firm’s Canterbury office.

Brady has spent the past year or so working at Iceberg Digital, a dedicated marketing platform for the property industry.

Callwell continues to grow

Callwell now has more than 8,000 users across the country.

The brainchild of industry veterans Bob Scarff and Rob Wellstead, Callwell’s creation of a phone call service immediately after a portal email is received has seen take up increase during and since the lockdown.

National Home Move, whose brands include Your Move and Reeds Rains, is the latest firm to commit to Callwell.

Callwell’s managing director Bob Scarff said: “Not surprisingly, during lockdown the mix between portal phone calls and portal emails shifted closer to 50/50, up from 66/33, so our ability to help our customer agents deal promptly and efficiently with all emails has come into its own.

“Every portal mystery shop that I’ve seen makes it clear that across the country a portal email is twice as likely to go unanswered as a portal phone call, so it’s great to see so many agents doing something about it with Callwell.”
