New Head of Country Homes

Penny & Sinclair, in Oxfordshire, has appointed Vanessa Townsend as Head of Country Homes, Henley.

Townsend previously worked for Savills, and more recently headed up Davis Tate, Country & Riverside as well as having prior experience as a buying agent.

LSL’s director of mortgage services to step down

David Copland is to leave his role at the end of October. He joined the LSL Group in 2010 as CEO of Pink Home Loans, when LSL acquired Pink.

Copland will also be standing down from his role at the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI), the mortgage intermediary trade body where he is currently the deputy chairman having served on the AMI board for nearly eight years.
