 New director for Chestertons’ New Homes Division

Henry O’Neill

London estate agency Chestertons has made another senior appointment for its growing New Homes division by welcoming Henry O’Neill, former New Homes Director at Dexters, to its North and East London area team.

Henry’s career has always focused on the New Homes market, starting as sales negotiator for the New Homes and Investments division at Foxtons before a stint at Mount Anvil and Ballymore. He then moved to Dexters, where he worked for almost five years, ending up as New Homes Director for the City, East and South East London.

 

New appointment at Smart Compliance

Melanie Smith

 

Anti-money laundering firm, Smart Compliance, has welcomed Melanie Smith as Senior Customer Success Manager.

Before venturing into the property sector, Mel occupied leadership roles in both retail management and insurance. She started her property journey in 2006 with Spicerhaart, where she served as the Head of Customer Relations until 2018. In the following year, she transitioned strategically to the LSL group of estate agents, assuming the role of Head of Compliance and managing regulatory matters for LSLi’s eight brands as well as Marsh & Parsons.

Rob Sendall, CEO of Smart Compliance, welcomes Mel: “With her rich experience in the regulatory, call centre, and property industries, Mel really is the perfect fit. Her new role tasks her with overseeing the technical side of our operations.”

 

Sean Newman renews licence agreement with Fine & Country.

Sean Newman, who has licenses in over 30 locations across the UK, including South Manchester, the Midlands, London and more recently Southampton, has signed a new five-year partnership agreement with Fine & Country, in collaboration with Jonathan Handford, Fine & Country partner in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
