Websters acquires Savannah Estates in Norfolk

Websters, a fast-expanding family run independent sales and letting agency, has recently acquired Savannah Estates, a Norfolk based letting agency, which has been successfully letting and managing properties for over 18 years.

This is Websters’ third acquisition, and second of the year, following their purchases of First Lettings in 2020 and Langfords Estates last March.

Over the years they have built up an excellent portfolio of properties under management, in an area we wanted to expand our reach to, and when the opportunity arose to acquire the company we acted quickly to secure the business.

Another acquisition for Martin & Co

A family running three East Midlands offices of national sales and lettings agency Martin & Co have marked their 21st year in business with a second independent acquisition.

Martin Crown, alongside sons Steven and Tony, owns and operate branches in Nottingham City, Beeston, and Hucknall.

Having added a substantial number of properties to their managed portfolio in 2018 following their acquisition of SOLOS Residential, the Crowns have now bolstered their portfolio further with the acquisition of Nottingham-based Ashcourt Lettings.

Martin Crown said: “Ashcourt is also a family-run business with a strong focus on customer service so was a brilliant fit for us and we’re delighted to welcome their landlords into the Martin & Co fold.
