Kevin Neary appointed chairman of LettingaProperty.com
Online lettings agency, LettingaProperty.com, has appointed ex-GameStop Group MD and co-founder Kevin Neary as board chairman, to help drive growth, supported by ongoing investment, planned acquisitions, and product development.
A LettingaProperty.com Advisor since 2018, Neary’s remit will be supporting the firm’s market penetration strategy and helping to secure further investment.
Neary said: “I was attracted by the growth opportunity that exists here. The transition from physical to digital mirrors my experience in the video game industry and I can really see LettingaProperty.com becoming a leader in this space.
“The new platform is tech-led but service-focused, allowing us to interact with our customers on a very personal level.”

Joseph Homes appoints of Ross Stewart as head of land
Joseph Homes has appointed Ross Stewart as head of land, in a pivotal move that represents the developer’s ambition for rapid growth.
This appointment follows the recent news that the developer’s landmark regeneration scheme Albion Waterside was unanimously approved by Gravesham council for the creation of 1,500 new homes, bars, restaurants and cafes. This transformative development will help towards the borough’s target of becoming carbon neutral by 2030 with over 65% of the site designed as open space.
Stewart’s appointment will take immediate effect, leading with initiative to acquire more land to meet the company’s five-year business plan.

GetGround adds to senior leadership team
GetGround, the UK’s first digital platform to combine buy-to-let company formation, management and current accounts, has announced the appointment of senior hires from Google and Liberis to lead the company’s data and product expansion.
Molly Levy joins GetGround as the platform’s first VP of Product, taking responsibility for expanding and continually professionalising the GetGround product, ensuring each and every product development is aligned with customer need and demand.
Most recently Levy spent over five years at Liberis, one of the UK’s embedded finance lenders.
