Somerset and Wiltshire agency expansion
Cooper and Tanner has announced their second acquisition in as many months with the purchase of Geoffrey Smith Ltd, based in Shepton Mallet and Midsomer Norton.
The owner of Geoffrey Smith, Andrea Catley, will join the existing Shepton Mallet office as branch manager.
Oliver Jenkin, Associate of Cooper and Tanner and deputy head of their residential department said “I have no doubt that the existing Midsomer Norton team, combined with our branding, comprehensive marketing and range of services will help drive that office forward to great success.”
This latest addition follows the July purchase of Jill Meadows Lettings in Wells.
