Chestertons, a founder member of OnTheMarket, has signed a listings agreement with ZPG. However, it is continuing to list its properties with OTM and has recently signed a new five-year agreement.

The agent is the second OTM founder member to return to ZPG in the last few weeks following the return of Douglas & Gordon.

However, yesterday evening, Allan Collins, CEO of Chestertons, told EYE: “Chestertons remains a strong supporter of OnTheMarket’s proposition of sustainable fair pricing from an agent-backed portal.

“We are happy to be investors in that proposition and have signed a new listing agreement with OTM

 “We are pleased to now list on all the major portals.”

Chestertons, which operates 32 offices across London, is advertising all of its property listings across the ZPG platform with immediate effect.

ZPG said it has seen “hundreds” of estate agent branches return to its platform following the dropping of the “one other portal” rule by OTM last month.

It said recent returnees include eight Martin & Co branches, six Winkworth offices, five branches apiece at Warren Powell Richards and Charters and three Ellis & Co branches.
