Chesterton Humberts has appointed Paul Belson as its new residential investment director based in Mayfair.
He will be focusing on residential investment in both London and across the country, to raise the company’s profile in this sector.
Belson founded, and subsequently managed for seven years, Sterling Property Assets, a residential investment joint venture with Vincent Tchenguiz’s Consensus Business Group.
Prior to this, Belson was a director with Colliers CRE, where he played a key role in persuading British Land plc to invest in more than £100m of residential assets acquired from major house-builders all over the UK.
In the late ’90s, he was jointly responsible for launching Knight Frank’s residential research and consultancy business.
