Housebuilder Redrow has launched its discount market sale scheme at its flagship development Colindale Gardens, north London, that will see one- and two-bedroom apartments sold at a “20% reduction to the market value”.

The discount market sale scheme is being offered in partnership with the London Borough of Barnet. The apartments are available to any first-time buyer who lives or works in any London Borough.

The development is part of a large regeneration project in north London, with the surrounding area continuing to undergo a transformation following significant investment in the Brent Cross and Cricklewood area. 

These plans will bring a new primary school, local shops, cafes and restaurants within the development, as well as a newly refurbished tube station.
